Background to the Workshops

The Report from the Parliamentary Inquiry Into Franchising, and ongoing negative media, have raised questions about how well franchisors are meeting the business and emotional needs of their franchisees. We believe the obvious solution to many of the criticisms levelled at the sector is to provide practical, quality training for the people who support franchisees.

While field managers and senior executives are often exposed to franchise-specific training on how to manage the complexities of the franchise relationship, most Support Office staff are left to work things out for themselves. And they can sometimes find themselves baffled at how to deal with demanding or stressed franchisees.

This workshop will give your Support Office Team the confidence and understanding they need to create happier franchisees, protect your brand’s reputation, and gain greater satisfaction from the important work they do.
