Dear Field Manager,

We understand the important work you do to keep your franchisees focused and positive. And we appreciate, in the current climate, you are probably facing a number of unique situations.

So we have been thinking hard about how we can support you.

One thing we know for sure is that you are not alone in the challenges you face. And there is a lot value in connecting with your peers to share what's working and how you are adapting your role to continue to add value to your franchisees. 

So we have put together a special cost effective, interactive Forum just for you. This will provide you with the opportunity to talk about important issues such as:

  • Conducting effective virtual field visits.
  • Supporting emotionally distressed franchisees.
  • Remaining resilient and managing the pressures of your job.
  • Providing advice and support with HR and financial concerns.
  • Coaching franchisees to stay motivated and ready to come out strong on the other side.

The FRI Team

This unique Forum will ensure field managers get the support they need to keep themselves, your franchisees, and your network in the best possible shape.

Format and Presenters

Participants meet each Wednesday with 50 of their peers over a five week period, from 9:30am to 11:00am AEST (7:30pm to 9:00pm EDT for USA participants).

Each session includes the sharing of best practice strategies as well as small virtual breakout group discussions to talk about specific hot issues.

Sessions are facilitated by Jewli Turier and Greg Nathan, both Directors of the Franchise Relationships Institute (FRI). Jewli has trained hundreds of field managers through FRI's popular Field Manager Bootcamps and has herself been a field manager. Greg is a business psychologist and author of The Franchisor's Guide to Improving Field Visits. Greg and Jewli understand the field manager's role inside out and will ensure the sessions are practical, relevant and flexible so they meet the real needs of the group.

Registration Details

To attend you must be in a field management or franchisee support role.

The cost for the whole program is just $395 per person (discounts apply for groups of 5 or more). Participants are eligible for CFE education credits.

While the program started on 6 May, and we do have a full house, we are still happy to accept a few more registrations until COB Monday 11 May. However because of the numbers we have, we need to reserve our right to choose to close off registrations.
