It’s not easy to get a Net Promoter Score of +92 for professional development programs, particularly when working with seasoned franchise executives. But that’s how a group of experienced field managers rated our most recent Advanced Masterclass in Sydney. One aspect of the program that makes it especially valuable is how we use action learning to bring the tools and models to life. As Rob Lee, Group Franchise Manager for the Harrisons Group said, “The parts make up the whole! I’ve come away with a clearer idea of ‘next steps’ and a renewed vigour. An excellent program.”
