There's nothing new in the ideal of striving to be the best we can be. The most popular iteration of this concept is the Growth Mindset, coined by educational psychologist, Professor Carol Dweck. One of our speakers and mentors at the 2016 Franchise Operations Conference was Sadhana Smiles, CEO of Harcourts Victoria. Sadhana supports many not for profit community initiatives. One she created is Links Fiji, which supports the health of the Fijian community in remote areas. FRI was pleased to donate $2,000 from the Conference to support the work of Links Fiji in testing women for breast and cervical cancer, and treating general health issues in outreach clinics.
Sadhana delivered an inspiring presentation to the conference, sharing in detail the strategies, performance metrics and tools she and her team have used
to make Harcourts a high performance franchise network.
