FRI’s founder Greg Nathan today presented at the Franchise Council of Australia post breakfast Academy forum in Melbourne. The session focussed on “Learning and Development in Franchise systems”, and was attended by around 45 people. Adopting his usual interactive style, Greg encouraged the participants to share the best learning experiences that they had had. As a result there was some great sharing of ideas, and a very interactive discussion was had.

Our “spy” on the ground, past FCA Chairman Bob Peterson, commented “Greg definitely won the award for best presenter on the day with his natural, jargon-free style. As always the material and examples used by Greg and the FRI team are scientifically validated and offer practical solutions to real problems”.

Greg identified that the best learning sessions for franchisees and franchisors was a combination of cases studies with Q & A, and the ability to self assess.
