What drives healthy franchise relations? This was the question Greg Nathan was asked to answer when he delivered keynote addresses at the FaegreBD annual Franchise Summit in Minneapolis and the FranConnection Summit in Washington DC this month.

FRI has just completed a research piece on a new concept called “The ACE Mindset”, which summarises the six dimensions that drive franchisee Advocacy, Commitment and Engagement. Greg shared this research with over 200 senior franchisor executives attending the two events and received an overwhelming response. 

Amit Pamecha, President of FranConnect, described the session as “simply awesome”, saying franchisors would benefit immensely if they could simply spend some time with Greg. Brian Schell, who organised the FaegreBD Summit, said the presentation “made an absolute difference” with many participants commenting on how much they enjoyed  Greg’s insights and remarks.

The ACE Mindset is being launched into the Australian market in October as part of FRI’s updated franchisee satisfaction survey.
